Fast parts delivery is crucial for an efficient workflow. Unnecessary movements waste valuable production time and place an additional burden on employees. FMS’s solutions for optimal material supply therefore cover every stage of the manufacturing process. Based on the Kanban principle, our systems ensure reduced material inventories while maintaining a continuous production flow. We use semi-automated material carts, AMR systems, shelving systems, as well as gripper bins and parts bins for manual production.
